Brian McCaffrey, Esq.
Brian McCaffrey earned his J.D. Degree from St. Johns University in New York. Mr. McCaffrey believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2008, Mr. McCaffrey began his private practice. Since then, Mr. McCaffrey has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts. Operating a private practice has allowed Mr. McCaffrey the ability to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection. Mr. McCaffrey is active in a number of professional organizations including the Queens Bar Association. He is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts. Brian treats every client with respect and integrity.
Christal Cammock, Esq.
Christal Cammock earned her bachelor’s degree at Brooklyn College City University of New York and went on to get her Juris Doctorate at St. John’s University School of Law. At St. John’s University School of Law, Ms. Cammock was the President of the Bankruptcy Law Society; Coordinating Director of the law school newspaper; and Annotate and Notes Editor for the Real Property & Law ABA Journal. Additionally, Ms. Cammock worked for two years as a student attorney for children on family court matters along with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, removal proceedings and asylum in federal immigration court. Prior to joining Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C., Ms. Cammock was an attorney in private practice handling various civil, federal, and immigration litigations. Ms. Cammock is admitted to the New York State bar; Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.
